These terms apply when you use the Bloo Away website and book travel with us.

Who we are
Bloo Away is a travel booking company based in New Jersey, USA. We help you search for and book flights operated by airlines. The airline is the carrier and is responsible for operating your flight.
Who can book
You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking. If you book for other travelers, you confirm that you are allowed to do so and that the information you give for them is correct.
Your booking
Prices and availability come from the airlines at the time of your search and can change until your booking is confirmed. A booking is confirmed only when the airline confirms it and you receive an airline booking reference. If the airline cannot confirm it, we refund your payment in full.
Prices and fees
The total shown before you pay includes the airline fare, taxes and the Bloo Away service fee. The service fee pays for our booking service and is shown separately at checkout.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by our payment partners. Bloo Away never stores your full card number.
Airline rules
Each fare has its own rules for changes, cancellations, refunds and baggage, set by the airline. The fare conditions shown when you book apply to your trip, together with the airline's conditions of carriage.
Changes and cancellations
To change or cancel a booking, contact us at support@blooaway.com. What is possible, and any cost, depends on the airline's fare rules. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Travel documents
You are responsible for having a valid passport, any required visas, and for meeting the entry, health and transit rules of every country on your trip. Traveler names must match their travel documents exactly.
Our responsibility
We provide our booking service with reasonable care. We do not operate flights and are not responsible for delays, cancellations, schedule changes or baggage issues caused by the airline; these are handled by the airline under its conditions of carriage. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on the date of your booking applies to that booking.
