Special assistance
Help at the airport and on board, when you need it.
How to request assistance
Contact us as early as possible, ideally at least 48 hours before departure, with your booking reference and what you need. We send the request to the airline.
Contact us →Wheelchair and reduced mobility
Airlines can help you from check-in to the aircraft, and on arrival. If you bring your own wheelchair or mobility device, tell us its type, size and battery.
Vision and hearing
Airlines can assist passengers who are blind, deaf, or have low vision or hearing, at the airport and on board. Let us know when you book.
Babies and young children
Children under 2 can usually travel on an adult's lap, one per adult. Rules for strollers, car seats and baby food vary by airline.
Children traveling alone
Many airlines offer an unaccompanied minor service, with their own ages and fees. It is usually arranged directly with the airline.
Pregnancy
Later in pregnancy, airlines may ask for a medical certificate, and some don't accept travel close to the due date. Check your airline's rules.
Medical needs
If you need oxygen, medical equipment or a special meal, contact us before you travel. Keep your medicines in your carry-on.
Pets and service animals
Pets in the cabin or hold, and service animals, depend on the airline and the destination, and many countries require health papers. Contact us before you book.
