Check your fare first

Whether a flight can be changed, and for what cost, depends on the airline's fare rules. You see them before you book and in your booking.

How to request a change

Email us from the address you used to book, with:

• Your airline booking reference (6 letters and numbers).
• The names of the passengers.
• The new dates or flights you would like.

What a change can cost

A change can include an airline change fee and any difference in fare. We tell you the total before changing anything, and nothing changes until you agree.

Name corrections

Tickets can't be transferred to another person. If a name has a typo, contact us right away: small corrections are often possible, depending on the airline.

Flying in the next 24 hours

Contact the airline directly with your booking reference. It can act fastest by phone or at the airport.

If the airline changes or cancels your flight

You may be entitled to another flight or a refund under the airline's rules. Contact us and we'll help you with the airline.

Cancel your trip

Cancellations follow the airline's fare rules. Our service fee isn't refundable once the booking is confirmed.
