Privacy Policy

How Bloo Away collects, uses and protects your personal information.

Last updated: November 2, 2026

To book your trip we collect each traveler's name, date of birth and gender, passport details when the airline requires them, and a contact email and phone number. We also keep your booking details and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment partner; we only see the card brand and the last four digits.

We use your information to book your flights, take payment, send your booking confirmation, help you with your trip, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

We share only what is needed with the airline operating your flight and with the companies that run our booking service: our flight booking and payment partners (Duffel and Stripe), our database and hosting providers (Supabase and Vercel), and our email provider.

We only use the cookies and browser storage the site needs to work, such as your language and currency choices. We do not use advertising cookies.

We keep booking information for as long as needed to provide your booking and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, then delete it.

Your information travels over encrypted connections and is stored with providers that protect it. Only the people who need it to help you can access it.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing support@blooaway.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.

Bookings must be made by an adult aged 18 or over. Information about children who travel is provided by the adult who books for them.

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
